Traditionally I would never offer more than a “great thanks” when asked for comment or testimonial. But Cyndi and Cassie Campbell exceeded my expectations beyond measure, so I feel they deserve far more than a two-word response. I revolted against the idea of looking for a new place for over a decade. They both built a high level of trust from me in a short amount of time. Through subtle and clever questions, they designed a sharp short list of places to visit. I was surprised how much fun they made it, they worked very well together. My availability is very limited and they hustled to work around my far too often last-minute requests to see a place. They were patient, intuitive and smart. I appreciated their insight, and their experience was clearly an asset in my search. In the final stages of the purchase everything went off the rails due to a drastic oversight from my financial broker. I was gutted and thought I’d lose this place, but they calmly mapped out some solution options and worked with the other realtor to secure my new home. I am very grateful for all the work they put in to make it all seamless. I am overjoyed with my new place. Thank you Cyndi and Cassie, I will forever refer you two to anyone that has a slight inkling of a new place.

Awe, you make me blush!

It was fantastic working with Cyndi. Coming from out of province and buying a place sight unseen could have gone horribly wrong but with Cyndi‘s advice, guidance, work ethic, and especially experience, I found an amazing home. Everything was booked and completed on Cyndi’s end, from home inspection to walk-through, all I had to do was show up on closing day and she was waiting with a warm welcome and the key. Could not have been a better experience, would definitely recommend as I will definitely be working with her in the future.
